- Document Analysis: I receive the document to be translated from a client, and I provide a quote for the project. The client is more than happy with my quote over 99% of the time, so then they give me the go-ahead and that's when the magic happens... 

- Translation: I get going with the translation, using different resources to guide me based on the subject matter of the document, the client´s instructions and the language pair for the translation.

- Editing: I review the document myself and edit as necessary. This step can be repeated at no extra charge and at the client's request if there are any stylistic discrepancies with the initial translation. 

- Formatting and Delivery: Unless the client tell me otherwise, I save the document in its original format (Word, PDF, etc.) and I deliver it to the client. 

- Review: The client reviews the document, and only if he or she is happy with the results (which again happens over 99% of the time, I'm that good at what I do), do I consider my work as "finished".
